Daniel Wensrich joined North Point Schools in 2025, bringing with him a passion for inclusive education and student-centered learning. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Education from Mount Royal University, graduating in 2020. Since then, he has gained valuable experience working across both private and public school districts, teaching students from Kindergarten to Grade 9. This year marks his fifth as a professional educator.

Daniel is an energetic and compassionate teacher who is committed to fostering a learning environment where students feel empowered, supported, and inspired. With a strong background in working with diverse classroom communities, Daniel consistently prioritizes inclusive, meaningful learning experiences for all. He is known for his thoughtful and creative lesson planning, his calm and empathetic presence, and his ability to encourage students to take ownership of their learning.

His teaching philosophy centers on helping students understand how they learn best and building their confidence to advocate for what they need to be successful. Daniel believes that fair and consistent boundaries, paired with a collaborative classroom culture, are key to developing lifelong learners.

Outside of the classroom, Daniel enjoys an active lifestyle filled with golf, hockey, camping, and rock climbing. These interests reflect his adventurous spirit and appreciation for balance between hard work and personal well-being.
