Joining the North Point team feels like coming home for Kim. She graduated from Calgary Academy and was pleased to see many of the teachers she respected are on staff at North Point.
Kim completed her education in Early Childhood Education at Mount Royal University and Bow Valley College. She also takes every opportunity to continue her education learning more about unique learners and techniques to help them.
Over the past 9 years she has had the opportunity to create a caring compassionate environment and strong relationships with the kids and their families in a private school setting. Previously she enjoyed working for 10 years in a recreation setting teaching children’s programs.
When she is not working with children, Kim has a keen interest in personal fitness and enjoys being active with friends and family, whether it’s riding horses, skiing, biking or just hanging out.
